Attendees will hear a keynote address from Colonel Brendan Gallagher, Garrison Commander of Fort Bliss, who will provide insight into the current state of the installation, upcoming projects, and the base’s regional impact. A special guest speaker will also share their perspectives on national defense and military developments that affect El Paso’s future.
