The Chamber exists to transform business to improve lives in El Paso. Every year, the board will assess the Chamber’s strategy to ensure that it is fulfilling the Chamber’s mission and is ambitious enough to be worthy. The executive board ensures that the Chamber has a series of objectives for the year that accomplish its mission, and monitor progress on those objectives throughout the year. The Chamber facilitates this process by presenting a scorecard of objectives at each month at director meetings, and highlighting progress made towards the Chamber’s goals.
