Incorporated in 2022 as a independent, minority and Woman-Owned consulting firm, Urban Flex focuses on cradle to grave grant/propsal development, project impact assessments and the development of ESG policies for community prosperity and social equity. Urban Flex incorporates the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals into its Core Mission, which balance the economy, social and ecological dimensions of sustainable development. Urban Flex fosters public-private-private partnerships for the creation of sustainable communities. Urban Flex also provides clients needs assessment on all projects to ensure that project dollars are best allocated and is in line with a Company's ESG goals and strategic plan.
