Description

The El Paso Chamber for our State of Education and Workforce event—an in-depth conversation at the intersection of education, employment, and economic development in our region. This year’s program will feature a keynote address by Workforce Solutions Borderplex CEO Leila Melendez will deliver an address and moderate a conversation with newly appointed Superintendents Dr. Josue Borrego (Canutillo ISD), Dr. Brian Lusk (El Paso ISD), and James Vasquez (Socorro ISD) about the future of our region. Together, we’ll explore innovative partnerships, skill-building strategies, and the role education plays in driving long-term economic growth. As workforce shortages, shifting labor demands, and rapid technological change continue to shape our economy, this discussion is more urgent than ever.
