The El Paso Chamber’s Women in Business Breakfast is a premier quarterly gathering designed to advance economic and workforce development by uplifting and empowering women at every stage of their leadership and entrepreneurial journeys.

This quarter, we are proud to feature Tasha Hopper, Chief Executive Officer of The Hospitals of Providence East Campus, a trailblazing healthcare leader, devoted community advocate, and mother of three.

Presented in an intimate fireside chat, Tasha will share the story behind her remarkable career trajectory, from nurse to CEO, while raising three children and navigating the challenges of executive leadership in a male‑dominated industry. With nearly 30 years of nursing experience and executive roles that include leading the construction and opening of the Hospitals of Providence Transmountain Campus, Tasha brings a wealth of insight into strategic leadership, personal determination, and the power of advocacy.

This conversation will offer attendees practical, heartfelt advice, rooted in lived experience, and a renewed sense of empowerment to pursue their goals with clarity and courage.
