Join us for a powerful morning of inspiration and connection at our next Women in Business Breakfast, where we’ll spotlight the extraordinary women leading the way in emergency response. Titled "Strength in numbers: Gender Diversity in First Response" this panel discussion will explore the journeys, leadership roles, and impact of women who serve on the front lines of public safety.  

 Meet Our Panelists  

Jacqueline Manriquez  
Fire Suppression Technician, City of El Paso Fire Department  
With 13 years of service in the El Paso Fire Department, Jackie Manriquez is a trailblazer in fire suppression and leadership. She is a Certified Peer Fitness Trainer, the only woman instructor in the department’s elite L-Series Leadership Program, and a Texas Commission on Fire Protection-certified Fire Instructor and Pump Operator. 

Rachel B. Harracksingh  
President & Co-Owner, Life Ambulance Service  
A U.S. Army veteran and longtime El Pasoan, Rachel Harracksingh has dedicated over three decades to emergency medical services. As President of Life Ambulance, she leads a company that provides both 911 and non-emergency services across El Paso County.    

Rachel G. Sarabia  
Operations Director, El Paso County 911 District  
Rachel Sarabia brings over 20 years of public safety experience, beginning as a 9-1-1 call-taker and dispatcher. Today, she leads operations for the El Paso County 911 District, holding certifications as an Emergency Number Professional (ENP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
